- Barbecued veal fillet au gratin with Madagascar pepper butter, on creamy pointed morel sauce served with glazed carrots, broccoli and fried sesame noodles
- Brownie on yuzu mirror glaze with coconut and mochi ice cream, raspberry sorbet and triple mousse in a glass, served with rambutan and dragon fruit
