Experience the magic of the South Seas: With our Polynesian menu from chef Tahsin Pehlevan we bring the holiday feeling to Munich and onto your plate. DJ Chuck Herrmann provides the appropriate musical accompaniment with Hawaiian and South Sea music.

Menu in seven courses

  • Half lobster on orange cocktail sauce with watercress, frisée and lambs lettuce on ginger chilli dressing, served with tofu gyoza shitake
  • Pheasant essence with own wan tan, shitake and beech tree mushrooms
  • Grilled deep sea scallops on fruity goji berry champagne sauce with glazed palm hearts and croutons
  • Peppermint-lime sorbet with The Duke Gin and glazed macadamia nuts
  • Barbecue veal fillet au gratin with Madagascar pepper butter, on creamy pointed morel sauce with glazed carrots, broccoli and fried sesame noodles
  • Grilled king prawns on spicy stir-fried vegetables with Kenya beans, pepperoni, snow peas, basil and shitake, served with fragrant rice
  • Brownie on yuzu mirror glaze with coconut and mochi ice cream, raspberry sorbet and triple mousse in a glass, served with rambutan and dragon fruit

To celebrate the new year we serve our famous Kafé-la-te and a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne.
