The passionate musicians of the band Betty Boom from Belgrade, Serbia, play a wide repertoire from pop and rock to Latin and house, always with their own style and charm.

- Half lobster on orange cocktail sauce with watercress, frisee, baby lamb's lettuce on ginger chillie dressing, served with tofu gyoza
- Pheasant essence own wan tan and shitake mushrooms, beech tree mushrooms
- Grilled deep sea scallops on fruity goochie berry champagne sauce with glazed hearts of palm and croutons
- Barbecued veal fillet au gratin with Madagascan pepper butter, on creamy pointed morel sauce with glazed carrots, broccoli and fried seasame noodles
- Chocolate brownie on a yuzu layer with coconut-passion-mango mochi ice cream, raspberry sorbet and triple mousse served with rambutan, king fruit

Includes half a bottle of Riesling from the Tesch Winery.
