„Generations“
Fred Wesley – trombone
Tony Match – drums
Leonardi Corradi – organ
Legendary trombonist Fred Wesley is coming to the Bayerischer Hof’s Night Club for an exclusive concert. Known for his collaborations with James Brown, Maceo Parker, and George Clinton, he is considered one of the architects of funk. With his project “Generations,” he blends his jazz roots with modern influences. The trio consists of Wesley on trombone, Leonardo Corradi on organ, and French drummer Tony Match. Originally founded as a tribute to organist Jimmy Smith, a unique shared groove quickly developed. The show combines Wesley’s experience with greats like Count Basie and Ray Charles, Corradi’s energetic organ playing, and Match’s versatile style with influences from jazz, African music, and electronic music. Together, the trio tours worldwide and thrills audiences with a blend of tradition and innovation.
