The south and north wings on the eighth floor unveil an unparalleled living experience with our newly redesigned Penthouse Garden Suite. Spanning 350 square meters and surrounded by a 124.5-square-meter rooftop terrace extending across three sides, the Suite offers a scale of panoramic views that is truly exceptional for Munich.

The Suite features two luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining bar, as well as a generous living and dining area with a fireplace and a cozy sofa. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows flood the interiors with natural daylight and provide access to the terrace from nearly every area—from the bedrooms and the living and dining space to the private spa area.

The private spa area offers everything for pure relaxation: a private sauna, a steam bath, a massage and lounge area, a cardio cross trainer, and an outdoor hot tub, allowing you to indulge in the Suite’s luxury to the fullest.

The understated, restrained design in natural and earth tones enhances the sense of space and creates an atmosphere of calm and comfort. The finest linen fabrics adorn the beds, sofas, armchairs, chairs, and cushions. Each piece of furniture crafted from reclaimed wood is one of a kind and has been artfully refurbished.
