Throughout the year, Munich plays host to gala events from all industries and balls to celebrate any occasion you can think of. And some of the most important ones are traditionally held here.

Every year, a who’s who of the German film business comes to Hotel Bayerischer Hof to celebrate the Deutscher Filmball, which is traditionally regarded as an industry highlight.
On the occasion of the annual best brands gala, we welcome 600 invited guests from the worlds of business, commerce and the media to Hotel Bayerischer Hof for an event that has become the ‘German brand Oscars’. We also play host to the Audi Generation Award every year, an award that honours the outstanding achievements of young talents who show great promise.
What’s more, there are numerous traditional balls in the period surrounding carnival.
