Building on the proven foundation of haute cuisine (awards as of August 2025 under Chef de Cuisine Anton Gschwendtner: two stars in the Michelin Guide, 4 toques in Gault & Millau, 9↑ pans from Gusto, 3 F from Feinschmecker), Chef Anton Gschwendtner has been demonstrating since November 2021 that culinary delights can also be works of art on the plate. With his purist French cuisine with Asian influences and the use of seasonal and regional products, the definition of culinary delight takes on a whole new meaning. Of course, always with the aim of continuing the Atelier's highly successful path into the future.

In the luxuriously simple design created by Axel Vervoordt, you will experience the flair of an artist's studio with an intimate atmosphere. Behind a mobile wall designed by Dirk Vander Eecken, discover a cozy private room or the small terrace embedded with fire maple, the Silent Garden. Enjoy excellent service and perfectly paired wines.

We are happy to serve you a vegetarian menu upon prior request. We do not offer a vegan menu or an à la carte menu.
