His cuisine is pleasure-oriented and cosmopolitan, characterized by a clear focus on the finest ingredients and precise, expressive flavors. Stylistically, the focus is on minimalist presentations that impress with artisanal precision and technical finesse.

In the luxuriously simple design created by Axel Vervoordt, you will experience the flair of an artist’s studio with an intimate atmosphere. Discover, behind a movable wall designed by Dirk Vander Eecken, a cozy private dining area or the small terrace nestled among fire maples, the Silent Garden.
