The Winter Garden, designed by the renowned Belgian designer and art dealer Axel Vervoordt, exudes the feel of an artist’s studio with an adjoining garden terrace, enhanced by industrial-style accents. A fireplace separates the restaurant from the Garden Salon.

The culinary concept combines timeless classics with contemporary, lighter dishes, seasonal vegetables, and fresh herbs.
