Palais Keller

Under the management of Michael Konietzny, the Palais Keller will reopen on December 2nd, inviting guests to enjoy contemporary interpretations of Bavarian cuisine. Our Palais Keller impresses not only with its stylish ambiance and refined culinary delights but also with its long history. Built in 1443 as a salt storehouse, its thick, indestructible walls have withstood the centuries, and in 1972, Falk Volkhardt transformed it into a destination for Bavarian gastronomy. In 2019, the Palais Keller underwent a renewal by interior designer and art dealer Axel Vervoordt.

To let you fully immerse yourself in the Bavarian way of life, our team primarily uses regional products from the surrounding area to create modern Bavarian specialties. Thanks to the open kitchen located directly within the Palais Keller, you can also watch your dishes being prepared before they are served to you.

Head Chef: Michael Konietzny

We are happy to accept table reservations online, by phone at +49 89 21 20-990, or via E-Mail.

I'm a fan of Bavarian food. The "Schulterkrustenbraten" and the Weissbier were spectacular.
